This is actually my first Halloween related video that I’ve posted. I’ve been watching all the great tutorials on Youtube and thought I’d share a simple idea I had for creating cheap fencing for my Halloween haunt. This is our second year and I plan on expanding the haunt quite a bit. Unfortunately, I have already spent quite a bit of money on this years haunt, so money is a little tight. Thought this idea might save on my wallet.

I have to first start off by apologizing for mispronouncing Hollywood Haunters…twice I referred to them as Hollywood Hunters?? Sorry guys…Love all your great videos!! Definitely check out their videos and subscribe to Hollywood HAUNTERS!! haha

So here’s the material you will need:

– 10′ length of 1-1/2″ PVC pipe
– 1-1/2″ PVC cap
– 3/8″ bolt, washers, nut
– 2-1/2 quart plastic paint measuring cup
– Flat black spray paint
– concrete ( 80 lbs. for 8 posts)
– Black plastic chain
– decorative topper (I used plastic skulls from Spirit Halloween store)

Thanks for watching. I will have more videos coming very soon. Happy Haunting!!

  1. Since the bottom of the paint mixing cups are smaller I was wondering how easy it was to knock them over or not … Thanks

  2. We just found your video and are so glad you made some stantions for your haunt.  Awesome ideas using the dollar store skulls for toppers and the paint buckets filled with cement.  They turned out great!  Your lucky to find the black chain at Lowe's they didn't have that when we went so we had to buy the white chain which we painted.  I'm sure we could have ordered it but didn't want to wait at the time.  We ended up placing a 1/4" bolt with a nylock nut through the sides of the poles near the holes so that they could side through the chain links which locked them into place to prevent the kids from pulling the chain different lengths in between the poles.  Not sure if you had the same issue or not.  Thanks for sharing and really nice job.  We look forward to seeing more of your videos.
